For waist trainers, we recommend purchasing 2 sizes for an easy transition whether that is based on sizing down when you are ready or based on the amount of activity you plan to do while wearing your waist trainer.
Shipping & Returns

Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday, will start processing on the next working business day and will ship within the allotted timeframe mentioned above. I will be attending a wedding and this was perfect because it is super stretchy and I am already in my 3rd trimester. I feel it does give some support around the stomach area. The only thing i am a little eh about is the keyhole. It’s a little baggy so would need some dress tape.
