Estimated Delivery, noted at checkout, starts when your order ships. Please note, that some carriers are still seeing the effects of Covid-19 and will state on their website if there are any delivery delays their customers can expect. We are unable to speed up the delivery time with our shipping carriers. 

Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday, will start processing on the next working business day and will ship within the allotted timeframe mentioned above. Certain products, such as pre-order items, may have longer processing times which are noted on the products listing. Please read about pre-order shipments below. 

Please take into consideration, we are unable to speed up the processing or shipping time when placing your order. 

All returns must be initiated via our return portal within 14 days after being postmarked as delivered to the customer. Once we receive your return, our team thoroughly inspects them. This process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered. 

Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing times that can vary for different financial organizations.
