The Support Waist Trainer 
The Compression Waist Trainer is made with a soft, seamless elastic fabric which keeps you feeling supported. This breathable compression band will make you feel confident and strong for Postpartum Recovery or Waist Training.
Our Support Waist Trainer can be used for support or waist training and is the #1 compression band for shapewear and postpartum recovery. This Waist Trainer helps support posture during breastfeeding and C-Section recovery. Binding the stomach after birth helps support all of a woman’s organs and makes her feel lighter.
It is made from a soft, seamless elastic fabric, that gently pulls you in with it's hidden boning, all while staying place to help you feel confidently supported. Whether you are working out, running errands, breastfeeding, or sitting at your desk -- our Waist Trainer will make you feel like a superhero. We believe using our compression band postpartum is an important part of healing and helps to become grounded again after giving birth. The Support Waist Trainer is made from our Shapewear Bumpsuit fabric, which is made to stretch and support the body through the stages of pregnancy. It runs true size. We recommend ordering in your regular size.
Our models are all wearing size S and L.
Fabric & Care
Our Shapewear Bumpsuit fabric is made from 92% Nylon, 8% Spandex.
Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Dry flat in shade.
Shipping & Returns

My ABSOLUTE fave of the trainers! It's very discreet and you can barely feel it when I'm doing stuff around the house or out running errands. I've heard from customers it's hard to put on but I feel that as long as you get the correct size, that little shimmy you have to do when you put it on is WELL worth it! I wear it about 3/4 times a week and I LOVE IT!
