We suggest starting at your pre pregnancy size. Taking into consideration that all pregnancy experiences are unique, some customers choose to purchase an additional waist trainer, a size up from their pre pregnancy size to start with. When ready, they transition to the waist trainer that is in their pre pregnancy size.
We recommend purchasing 2 sizes for an easy transition whether that is based on sizing down when you are ready or based on the amount of activity you plan to do while wearing your waist trainer.
Shipping & Returns
Estimated Delivery, noted at checkout, starts when your order ships. Please note, that some carriers are still seeing the effects of Covid-19 and will state on their website if there are any delivery delays their customers can expect. We are unable to speed up the delivery time with our shipping carriers.
Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday, will start processing on the next working business day and will ship within the allotted timeframe mentioned above. I wore a size L. I will say that the material isnt very strechy so make sure you review your measurements. I got this a month before my event and it still fit but i forgot to test it out while sitting down and I will say it was a bit snug. While sitting down i had to put the top of the pants to my hip line rather than keeping it at mid-belly. When standing i could put the pants line back up to the belly line. But overall, I love this whole out fit! It was a major vibe for my girls trip. It was a sheer clothing theme for "@$$ Out" & Bump out for me. The whole out fit was great. I love it so much. I got many compliments. I would recommend.
