Position Overview:

The Content Strategist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing content
strategies that reflect Bumpsuit’s unique brand identity across all digital channels. This role will
focus on generating provocative, engaging content for social media, email marketing, and digital
campaigns to inspire and connect with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with Bumpsuit’s brand, targeting our
audience’s needs and behaviors.
- Create innovative, bold content that resonates with customers, building on our identity of
style and empowerment.

Content Creation:
- Write, design, and produce content across multiple digital platforms, including website,
email campaigns, social media, and paid digital ads.
- Craft engaging visuals and copy for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest,
etc.) that drive conversation, loyalty, and conversion.

Social Media Management:
- Manage and maintain the content calendar for all social channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually stunning, on-brand content that
aligns with trends and customer expectations.

Email Marketing:
- Develop targeted and personalized email campaigns that promote new collections, special
offers, and brand stories.
- Write email copy that reflects Bumpsuit’s voice, balancing style with actionable messaging
to drive sales.

Digital Campaigns:
- Assist in the execution of cohesive digital campaigns across various platforms, ensuring
consistent messaging and creative.
- Optimize content based on performance data, adjusting strategies as needed for maximum
engagement and impact.

SEO & Analytics:
- Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to maximize organic visibility.
- Track and analyze content performance metrics, translating insights into actionable
improvements.

Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, design, and product teams to ensure all content aligns
with product launches, campaigns, and overall brand messaging.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators, and external partners to amplify content
reach.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content strategy, ideally within eCommerce or fashion/apparel.
- Proven track record of creating engaging, provocative content across digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, email marketing, and SEO.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (Google Analytics,
SEMrush).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

- Experience in the fashion, maternity, or lifestyle industries.
- Knowledge of digital advertising and influencer marketing.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.

Position Overview: As the Retail Store Manager at our new location in The Domain, you will be the face of Bumpsuit, leading our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive store performance. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in retail management, a passion for maternity fashion, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Bumpsuit with enthusiasm and expertise, delivering an outstanding shopping experience and showcasing our latest collections.
• Operational Excellence: Execute operational strategies to achieve positive results in sales, profit and loss management, and inventory control.
• Team Leadership: Train, develop, and motivate store staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and effective communication within the team.
• Sales and Customer Service: Foster a goal-oriented selling culture, focusing on relationship building, client base development, and delivering superior service.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the local community through PR events, personal involvement, and advertising opportunities.
• Personnel Management: Oversee hiring, training, performance appraisals, and staff motivation, addressing any performance issues and recruiting new talent as needed.
• Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures, maintaining accurate documentation and empowering staff to uphold high standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of specialty retail management experience, with a strong background in maternity or fashion retail.
• Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, time management, and leadership skills. Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Attributes: Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Shopify Plus and knowledgeable about Bumpsuit’s products.
