Safety: All Lalo products meet and exceed ASTM safety standards and are prop 65 compliant.
Lovey and Sensory Book: Hand wash with cold water and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, do not iron, bleach, or dry clean.
Play Scarf with Ring: Take off the ring before washing. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low. Iron on medium. Do not bleach.
Wooden Rattle and Milestone Blocks: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not clean directly with water or use harsh chemicals.

Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday, will start processing on the next working business day and will ship within the allotted timeframe mentioned above. All returns must be initiated via our return portal within 14 days after being postmarked as delivered to the customer. Once we receive your return, our team thoroughly inspects them. This process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
