For waist trainers, we recommend purchasing 2 sizes for an easy transition whether that is based on sizing down when you are ready or based on the amount of activity you plan to do while wearing your waist trainer.
Shipping & Returns

Nice quality fabric, very form-fitting! The first photo is misleading (her hand covers the slit), it is very high!! With my belly and bottom, you can almost see my butt cheek.

I just got my dress in for a black tie event this weekend. I love it but it’s super tight in the arms. I’m 5,5 155lbs 36DD pre-pregnancy. I don’t have time to try a large but I think it probably would’ve fit better.
