Our Support Belly Band is the #1 compression band for postpartum recovery and can also be used as shapewear. It helps support posture during breastfeeding and C-Section recovery. Binding the stomach after birth helps support all of a woman’s organs and makes her feel lighter.
It is made from a soft, seamless elastic fabric, that gently pulls you in with it's hidden boning, all while staying place to help you feel confidently supported. We believe using our compression band postpartum is an important part of healing and helps to become grounded again after giving birth. Sizing & Fit:
If you are ordering The Support Waist Trainer, we suggest starting at your pre pregnancy size. Taking into consideration that all pregnancy experiences are unique, some customers choose to purchase an additional Support Waist Trainer, a size up from their pre pregnancy size to start with. When ready, they transition to the Support Waist Trainer that is in their pre pregnancy size.
Our models are all wearing size S.
Fabric & Care:
Our Shapewear fabric is made from 92% Nylon, 8% Spandex.
Hand wash cold. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean. Dry flat in shade.
Shipping & Returns
Estimated Delivery, noted at checkout, starts when your order ships. We are unable to speed up the delivery time with our shipping carriers.
Orders placed on Friday, over the weekend or during a national holiday, will start processing on the next working business day and will ship within the allotted timeframe mentioned above. Certain products, such as pre-order items, may have longer processing times which are noted on the products listing. Please read about pre-order shipments below.

All returns must be initiated via our return portal within 14 days after being postmarked as delivered to the customer. Once we receive your return, our team thoroughly inspects them. This process can take up to 14 business days from the date your return tracking information shows delivered.
Please note that refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your bank account due to processing times that can vary for different financial organizations.
